I'm Worse Off than I was 14 years ago

TSINY.ORG is unprofessional and unethical in their treatment of patients. I am worse off than I was 14 Years ago.
It's possible that my TSINY ordeal was the immediate result of my asking for a Review of the approach my Therapist had taken with my issues.
The trouble(s) began with a Reduction by Half of my Adderall medication and worsened when my therapist took an unannounced 3 month leave as my therapist or as I saw it, an abandonment.

Eli Lusterman, my Therapist of 14 years Takes 3 month leave with no explanation and states I will be talking to another Therapist. 2 hours later I find out I’ll be talking to an Intern. I send an anxiety ridden email to Eli and the return message is: Dear Patient, If you have any questions talk to Rebecca Carcana (nurse practitioner).  Multiple anxiety emails after that with no response, but were admittedly Read by my therapist.  I asked Rebecca Carcana (Nurse Practitioner) about Eli’s abandonment What is going on? I’ll be talking to an Intern? What is the issue with Eli? Rebecca replies “You can ask him when he returns” Rebecca “We must stop rehashing this”.

Angella Gordon was brought on by Eli Lusterman to assist me with things. I sent Eli Lusterman a 'Partial Biography'about myself ending in 2006 when it was written. The reason was for Eli to have as much background info about me for my therapy. During a call with Angella Gordon I was upset that Eli was replaced by an Intern  about myself ending in 2006 when it was written. The reason was for Eli to have as much background info about me for my therapy. During a call with Angella Gordon I was upset that Eli was replaced by an Intern
& Angella replied “Yeah, we didn’t handle that very well” (which implied Angella was in the decision making process of who would replace Eli). At the end of the call with Angella Gordon she asked me “The stuff you sent Eli, did you make that up”, which bothered me & when asked about it the day after Angella says she never said that. When I told her that the conversation was recorded she stopped all communication with me.

Rebecca Carcana (Nurse Practitioner) and Elizabeth Sillick (Director at TSINY) avoided Requests to help clear this up, instead saying “You have  to work it out with Angella”.
Elizabeth Sillick  (Director at TSINY) told me that she has the authority to assign anyone to my case and give them access to my records Including the biography I sent Eli. She stated that while she is the Director at TSINY, she has no control over Angella Gordon and couldn’t assist me.

Unprofessional. Unethical. Those aren't just words, they're scars. Fourteen years. Fourteen years I poured my heart, my soul, my vulnerabilities into that… that organization. TSINY.ORG. And for what? To be abandoned? To be left adrift after building a life raft of trust with a therapist I believed in? It's worse than abandonment, though. It's a violation. My private communications, the raw, unfiltered expressions of my pain, read by… who? Non-therapists? Asking if I “made it up”? Can you even fathom the cruelty of that? The audacity? The sheer disrespect for the human condition? And the management? Oh, they washed their hands clean. "Nothing we can do," they said. Permitting any employee to rifle through patient-therapist emails? Where's the confidentiality? Where's the Hippocratic Oath? Where's the basic human decency? But the ultimate betrayal? The ultimate punishment for daring to question the efficacy of my therapy? Reducing my essential medications. Holding my well-being hostage. Using my health as leverage. That's not therapy. That's tyranny. This isn't just about me anymore. It's about protecting others from falling into the same trap. They need to be held accountable. This can't continue.
Okay, folks, listen up. I gotta tell you about something that's been bugging me, and it's about this organization, TSINY.ORG. Honestly, where do I even begin? It's just… wow. Imagine pouring your heart out, working with a therapist for 14 YEARS, building a connection, feeling vulnerable and safe… and then, poof! They just… leave. No real explanation, just gone. Unbelievable, right? But that's not even the worst part. Apparently, non-therapists are snooping around in your private emails with your therapist! Can you believe that?! I had someone actually question me, asking if I was making things up. Seriously? The management shrugs it off, saying they can't do anything and that ANY employee can read those personal emails. And get this – when you ask for a review of your therapy, they punish you by reducing your medication! It's like they're holding your health hostage. It's unethical and unprofessional, but it's like they just do not care about you. So, yeah, that's TSINY.ORG in a nutshell. Consider yourselves warned, and please, do your research before entrusting your mental health to just anyone. You deserve better than this! You have to know what you are getting into before agreeing to it.

I stand before you today with a heavy heart, compelled to address a grave matter regarding the organization known as TSINY.ORG. It is with profound disappointment that I must declare my observations of this institution as demonstrably unprofessional and, regrettably, unethical. After years of entrusting my care to this entity, I have been subjected to treatment that is, frankly, appalling. To be abandoned after fourteen years of dedicated therapeutic engagement is not merely disheartening, it is a breach of trust, a violation of the implicit contract between patient and practitioner. Further, the sanctity of therapeutic communication has been compromised. The intrusion of non-therapeutic personnel into private correspondence between patient and therapist, compounded by the accusatory and dismissive remark – "Did you make this up?" – is an egregious violation of privacy and professional boundaries. The subsequent inaction of management, their assertion that they are powerless to address such unprofessional conduct, only serves to exacerbate the initial injury. Their declared policy of allowing any employee access to confidential patient-therapist emails is a chilling betrayal of the principles of confidentiality and patient welfare. Finally, and perhaps most disturbingly, the punitive reduction of essential medication in response to a simple request for a therapy review is not only unethical but potentially harmful. This act represents a profound abdication of their duty of care. I present these observations not as mere grievances, but as a call for accountability and systemic reform within TSINY.ORG.

Okay, so listen to this, because I'm still fuming about it. I was with TSINY.ORG for, like, *fourteen years*. Fourteen freakin' years, right? Talk about invested! And then, boom, out of nowhere, my therapist just... leaves. No warning, no explanation, just *gone*. But that's not even the worst part. Turns out, there were other people reading my emails to my therapist! Like, seriously? Who does that?! And one of them, some random, non-therapist person, actually had the nerve to ask me if I was making things up! Can you believe the audacity? I complained to the management, hoping for some kind of apology, some kind of acknowledgment that this was totally messed up. And you know what they said? Basically, "Sorry, nothing we can do. We can allow anyone to see patient emails. Get over it." As if! And then, to top it all off, when I asked for a review of my therapy, they *punished* me by reducing my essential medications. Talk about unethical! Seriously, unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe it. TSINY.ORG is a joke. Stay far, far away from them. They're absolutely bonkers!

I feel it’s imperative to address some serious concerns regarding TSINY.ORG and the ethical conduct, or rather the *lack* thereof, that I experienced. To be clear, these are not merely personal grievances; they represent fundamental breaches of professional responsibility that demand scrutiny. After fourteen years of engagement, the abrupt cessation of therapeutic support felt less like a transition and more like abandonment. This, however, pales in comparison to the discovery of patient-therapist communications being accessed by non-therapeutic staff. To then be subjected to accusatory questions like "Did you make this up?" from individuals with no clinical expertise is frankly, appalling. The response from management was perhaps the most disturbing aspect. To be told that they are powerless to address such unprofessional conduct, and even worse, to be informed that they *permit* any employee access to sensitive patient-therapist exchanges, is a blatant disregard for patient confidentiality and ethical practice. And finally, to request a review of the therapy being provided and to be met with punitive action – a reduction in essential medication – is not only unethical but potentially dangerous. This organization has demonstrated a profound lack of understanding of therapeutic boundaries and patient care. This is not just about my experience; it's about the potential harm inflicted upon vulnerable individuals seeking help. This needs to be addressed.

It has come to my attention that certain serious allegations have been made regarding the operational practices of TSINY.ORG. These allegations, if substantiated, represent a significant departure from the expected standards of professional conduct and ethical responsibility within the therapeutic community. Specifically, concerns have been raised about the termination of therapeutic relationships after extended periods, a practice that requires careful consideration and a responsible transition plan for the well-being of the individual involved. Furthermore, the reported access to confidential therapist-patient communications by non-therapist personnel is a matter of grave concern, as it potentially compromises the sanctity of that privileged relationship and violates established principles of patient privacy. The assertion that management has taken a permissive stance regarding such access and has failed to adequately address concerns raised about inappropriate comments is deeply troubling. Finally, the alleged retaliatory action of reducing essential medications in response to a request for a therapy review is an extremely serious accusation that warrants immediate and thorough investigation. These matters require careful attention to ensure that all parties involved are treated with fairness and that appropriate remedial actions are taken to uphold the integrity of therapeutic practice.

Unprofessional? Unethical? They think they can get away with treating people like that? Let me tell you something about TSINY.ORG. I went in there, invested fourteen years of my life, baring my soul, working towards healing. Fourteen years! And what did I get in return? Abandonment. Pure and simple. And the audacity! To have non-therapists snooping through confidential communications, then have the *nerve* to question my authenticity? "Did you make this up?" Seriously? And the management? Utterly spineless. "Nothing we can do," they say, about such blatant violations of privacy and trust. They *permit* employees to rifle through patient-therapist emails? It's an outrage! And the icing on the cake? I ask for a review, a legitimate assessment of the therapy I'm receiving, and they *punish* me by tampering with my medication! Do they understand the implications of that? This isn't some game; it's my health, my well-being. They messed with the wrong person. I won't stand for this. This isn't just about me anymore; it's about holding them accountable for their blatant disregard for ethics and patient care. Trust me, TSINY.ORG will be hearing from me. And they'll be hearing from a whole lot more people soon enough. Because I won't let this stand.

The organization known as TSINY.ORG presents a deeply concerning case study in the potential for institutional malpractice. The abrupt termination of therapeutic services after an extended period of 14 years raises serious ethical questions about the duty of care owed to vulnerable patients. Furthermore, the alleged access of patient-therapist communications by unqualified personnel, compounded by dismissive and accusatory questioning, constitutes a blatant violation of confidentiality and trust, core tenets of the therapeutic relationship. The reported response of management, indicating an inability to address these transgressions and asserting the right of any employee to access sensitive patient information, demonstrates a systemic failure to prioritize ethical conduct and patient well-being. Most alarming, however, is the claim that requesting a review of therapeutic efficacy resulted in the punitive reduction of essential medications. Such actions are not only unethical but potentially life-threatening, indicating a profound disregard for the Hippocratic oath and fundamental principles of medical ethics. A thorough investigation into TSINY.ORG's practices is warranted to ensure patient safety and uphold the integrity of the therapeutic profession. The lack of accountability and ethical oversight displayed in this situation warrants immediate attention.

Okay, so I need to talk about something. It’s about TSINY.ORG and my experience with them. Honestly, it’s been awful. I was a patient there for fourteen years, and then… they just stopped. Just like that. Abandoned. But that's not even the worst part. It turns out, people who aren't even therapists were reading my private messages to my therapist! One of them even asked me if I was *making things up*! Can you believe that? I went to management about it, hoping they'd fix things. But they basically said, "Tough luck, we can't do anything about it." They even said they allow *any* employee to look at patient emails. Seriously, what about privacy? What about trust? And then, when I asked for a review of my therapy, they punished me. They actually *reduced* my essential medication. It felt like revenge for speaking up. This whole experience has been unprofessional, unethical, and frankly, really damaging. I want to warn people – please be careful when choosing a therapy provider. My experience with TSINY.ORG has been a nightmare.

**ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Fourteen years! Fourteen YEARS I poured my heart and soul into therapy with these people, and THIS is how they repay me? This is the thanks I get? Unprofessional doesn't even BEGIN to cover it. Unethical? Criminal, more like it!** **My PRIVATE communications, meant for my therapist, being read by…who? Some random employee with no qualifications? And then to have the GALL to accuse me of MAKING IT UP?! The sheer AUDACITY!** **And management? They shrug their shoulders! "Oh, nothing we can do." Nothing they *will* do, you mean. Apparently, they're perfectly fine with anyone and everyone rifling through my deepest thoughts and vulnerabilities. A complete and utter betrayal of trust!** **But the KICKER, the absolute LOWEST of the low, is this: I dare to ask for a review of my therapy, to voice my concerns, and they PUNISH me! They reduce my medication! MY ESSENTIAL MEDICATION! They’re jeopardizing my well-being because I dared to question their incompetence! This isn't therapy, it's blackmail! This isn't care, it's cruelty! This isn't TSINY.ORG; it's TSIN-FUL. And believe me, the world will know it!**

I understand. I really do. Fourteen years… that's a lifetime of vulnerability, of trust painstakingly built. To have that trust broken, to feel abandoned after sharing so much… that's devastating. And then, to learn that your most private thoughts, shared in confidence with your therapist, are being read by others? That's a violation. A profound betrayal. And to be questioned, accused of fabrication… that's just cruel. You sought help, you were brave enough to open yourself up, and instead of support, you're met with disbelief and condescension. The institution's response, a shrug of the shoulders, is frankly, sickening. To know they *can* permit this, that they *allow* such a breach of privacy… it's infuriating. But the worst of it, the truly unforgivable act, is reducing your medication as punishment. Using your vulnerability, your dependence on essential medicine, as a weapon… that's beyond unethical. That's actively causing harm. Please know you're not alone. Your feelings are valid. This isn't right, and you deserve so much better. You deserve to be heard, to be respected, and to receive the help you need without fear of manipulation or reprisal. Don't let this experience define you. Seek out resources, find support, and remember your worth.

Fourteen years. Fourteen years I poured my heart and soul into that…that *place*. TSINY.ORG. I trusted them. I believed in the process. I thought they were helping me! And what did I get in return? Abandonment. Pure and simple. After fourteen years, they just…walked away. But that’s not even the worst part. Imagine this: your most private, personal thoughts, shared in confidence with your therapist, being read by someone else. Some *unqualified* person, peering into the deepest recesses of your mind and then…and then actually accusing you of making it all up! "Did you make this up?" Can you believe the audacity? And management? Oh, they just shrugged. "Nothing we can do," they said. "We can let anyone read your emails." And the review? The *nerve* to punish me for simply asking for a review of my therapy by cutting back on my medication? My *essential* medication? It's not just unprofessional, it's unethical! It's…it's cruel! People need to know. They need to know the truth about TSINY.ORG. This isn't therapy; it's a betrayal of trust. And I will not stand for it.

Let me tell you about my experience with TSINY.ORG. It's a nightmare. Unprofessional and, frankly, unethical doesn't even begin to cover it. After fourteen years of therapy, my therapist just…abandoned me. Poof. Gone. But the real kicker? People who AREN'T therapists are reading my confidential communications to my therapist. Can you believe that? And then, this unqualified individual had the audacity to ask me if I was making things up! I took it straight to management, expecting some kind of action, some kind of apology. Instead, I was told there was "nothing they could do" about the non-therapist's outrageous remark. They actually defended the practice, claiming they can permit any employee to access patient-therapist emails. Absolutely unbelievable. And the worst part? I requested a review of the therapy I was receiving, hoping to improve the situation. Their response? They retaliated by reducing my essential medication. Think about that for a second. Seeking help resulted in punishment. This isn't just unprofessional; it's cruel. Stay away from TSINY.ORG. You deserve better. Much, much better.

I'm standing here today to tell you about something that matters deeply to me, something that could affect your well-being, or the well-being of someone you love. It's about TSINY.ORG, and frankly, what I've experienced is alarming. We put our trust, our very selves, in the hands of therapists, expecting ethical conduct, unwavering support. But what happens when that trust is shattered? Imagine confiding in a therapist for *fourteen years*, only to be abandoned. Imagine your most personal communications, meant for your therapist's ears only, being scrutinized by individuals with *no therapeutic training*, questioned with callous disregard. "Did you make this up?" Can you fathom the betrayal? And when you seek recourse, when you voice your concerns to management, they shrug their shoulders! They tell you they are powerless to address unprofessional behavior, that *any* employee can access your sensitive communications. And the worst part? When you dare to request a review of the therapy you're receiving, they *punish* you by reducing your essential medications! This is not a system of healing; it's a system of control and disregard. Don't let this happen to you or someone you care about. We deserve better. We deserve ethical care, confidentiality, and respect. We must demand accountability from organizations like TSINY.ORG. Do your research, ask questions, and protect yourself. Your mental health is too important to gamble with. Don't let them get away with this.
